Our Sioux Falls academy was designed from the ground up for martial arts — dedicated mats, a full boxing ring, cage wall, strength area, and everything you need to train hard and recover well.
FULL BOXING RING & 12 HEAVY BAGS
Heavy bags, double-end bags, and space for pad work, footwork drills and sparring.
CAGE WALL & WARM UP AREA
A dedicated cage wall to practice wall work if you choose to compete, plus a warm-up area with a squat rack, bench and kettlebells.
THREE CLEAN BATHROOMS & A SHOWER
Everything you need before or after training — come straight from work and stay comfortable.
PRO SHOP ON SITE
Gis, gloves, hand wraps, mouthguards, apparel and Next Edge gear available in-house.
COLD DRINKS & RECOVERY
Water, electrolytes and energy drinks stocked in the cooler right by the front desk.
